Quality Management

HM Family Farm prides itself in producing consistently good quality macadamia nuts. Nuts are cracked and hand sorted on our farm to ensure that only the best quality nuts are selected. The macadamia nuts are sourced from the orchards belonging to HM Family Farm as well as those belonging to various family members. All nuts are batch-managed and all processing takes place at the facilities on the farm to ensure full traceability of the products from farm to table.

Food Safety is a high priority for HM Family Farm and a number of food safety principles and processes have been adopted to ensure that the nuts are safe for human consumption. Select batches are analysed by an independent accredited laboratory to ensure that the quality and freshness of the products is guaranteed.
